I am not one of those folks who drink water with lemon and honey everyday but what I really do is drink water in a copper vessel every morning without fail.

I am sure you must have heard your mothers and grand mothers suggesting this one simple Ayurvedic technique time and again to live a healthy lifestyle. And they say it because water has memory, if you keep water in a copper vessel, preferably overnight or at least for four hours, the water acquires a certain quality from the copper which is very good for your liver in particular and your health and energy in general.
